Challenge
Whilst at Iris we were asked to look at a January sale and music promotion and also research how we thought retail will change in 2, 5 and 10 years.

Insight
The future of retail will be on the consumer’s terms. With increased online e-commerce, people will revert back to a more human approach to retail and expect it to come to them.

Solution
The stores must be more consumer engagement-led and event based. We created inner city concept stores and pop up shops that merged the divide between technology, interactivity and people. We created contemporary and tactile environments for Orange customers to interact with.

Project completed at Iris.
